The world’s best coffee begins with the world’s best coffee beans. Just follow these easy tips to enjoy the perfect cup of freshly brewed coffee right at home:

Use fresh cold filtered water and heat just off the boil to best extract the flavor of the coffee

Use the correct grind of coffee for your brewing equipment. Our staff can advise and grind the coffee to suit your needs.

As a general guide, use one rounded tablespoon (10g) of ground coffee per 180ml of water. If you prefer a different strength, use the same amount of ground coffee and alter the amount of water.

Store your coffee in an airtight container at room temperature, kept away from direct light.

Never reuse grounds or reheat coffee.
