Frequent Sippers Card Conditions of Use

• Use of the Gloria Jean's Coffees Frequent Sippers Card constitutes acceptance of these conditions of use.
• The Gloria Jean's Coffees Frequent Sippers Card is valid at all Gloria Jean's Coffees stores in Singapore.
• The Gloria Jean's Coffees Frequent Sippers Card must be presented at the time of ordering to receive an authorised punch for each drink purchased.
• After receiving ten punches on the Gloria Jean's Coffees Frequent Sippers Card, the card holder is entitled to a free regular size drink.
• The free regular size drink can be redeemed on the card holder's current or next visit.
• The redemption of a free regular size drink does not entitle the card holder to any other promotional benefit.
• Customers cannot receive punches on the Gloria Jean's Coffees Frequent Sippers card for prior visits.
• Only a customer paying for drinks can accumulate punches on their card.
• Punches on the Gloria Jean's Coffees Frequent Sippers Card are non-transferable.
• To redeem the free regular size drink the card holder's details must be completed on the card.
• The Gloria Jean's Coffees Frequent Sippers Card cannot be offered as a prize, on-sold, resold or exchanged for cash.
• Gloria Jean's Coffees has the right to dishonour the card if there is suspected unauthorised use of the card.
• Gloria Jean's Coffees is not responsible for lost or stolen Gloria Jean's Coffees Frequent Sippers Cards.
• The Gloria Jean's Coffees Frequent Sippers Card has an unlimited expiry.
• The Gloria Jean's Coffees Frequent Sippers Card is non-transferable.
• Gloria Jean's Coffees has the right to withdraw, limit, modify, cancel, or discontinue the Gloria Jean's Coffees Frequent Sippers Card without notice.
